I would like to think this beautiful Vine Cross must have been inspired by Jesus Christ's statement in John 15:5;" I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." This is a great statement of grace that as believers we must remember. Here you have the creator of the universe inviting us to abide in Him. Imagine that!!    The design was given to us by one of our customers who had a broken one he needed fixed. Although we were not able to repair the original, I was able to capture the essence of the design and provide him with a new cross. It is similar in design to our original, except on this cross I apply a layer of solid white birch, that only follows the outside contour of the original design, to the back of the cross. This beautifully accents the lines and gives the cross a more solid appearance. The contrast in colors really makes this cross stand out on either a dark or light wall finish.
