Christian Ethics in business
Though we are practicing Christians, we know that you definitely
do not have to be
a Christian in order to conduct business using Judeo - Christian
standards. These standards are found in many of the worlds religions.
This is a business model put simply where all parties prosper.
We
do not pretend to be theological experts but we do try to apply
Christ's teachings to our daily lives. We interpret the Christian ethic as loving your
neighbor and your enemy, but as important in today's world,
to do no harm
to your neighbor.
In business that means to never lie about expectations, always fulfill
your commitments and do all you can to see others succeed as you succeed.
This, on top of providing the best products or services that you can at
a fair price.
In business, we expect to make a fair profit. With it we are able to sustain our family in
this monetary world, but never at the detriment of others.
Profits earned at other's expense, cheapen us to a point where the only
value in life is the money. I am not naive (born and raised in NYC).
I know some will try to take advantage of us. To
them I say, so be it, I'll leave judgment to our Lord and move on. There are plenty of good, honest
people in this world to conduct business with.
Our greatest hope is that we exceed the expectations of all our
customers. We want you to feel that your hard earned money was well
spent. We want you to be comfortable coming back to us over and over
again. We are always honored when you choose us out of the thousands of
possible choices and we want you, your friends and loved ones to enjoy your purchases for years to
come.
